What You Need:
1 oz. tangerine schnapps
1 oz. vodka
Tangerine juice
Orange/tangerine peel, for garnish

How to Make It:
Shake and strain first 3 ingredients
into a martini glass.
Garnish with orange/tangerine peel.
Apple Pie
What You Need:
2 apple slices
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1 pinch Apple Pie Spice
(store-bought in the spice section)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. Core vodka (Hudson Valley
Apples)
Thinly sliced red apple, for garnish

How to Make It:
Muddle apple slices in agave,
spice, and lemon juice.
Add ice and vodka and shake well.
Strain over ice in an old-fashioned
glass.
Garnish with thinly sliced red apple.
Appletini

What You Need:
2.5 oz. sour apple liqueur
2 oz. vodka
Sour mix and triple sec to taste
Apple wedge, for garnish

How to Make It:
Shake and strain ingredients except
apple wedge into a chilled martini
glass.
Garnish with apple wedge.

What You Need:
Lime juice
Crumbled graham crackers for rim
1 1/2 oz. KeKe Beach Key lime
cream liqueur
1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
Squeeze of fresh lime
1 1/2 oz. half-and-half


How to Make It:
Saturate rim of a martini glass with
lime juice.
Dip upside down into graham
cracker crumbs.
Pour liqueur, vodka, and squeeze of
lime into a shaker.
Shake and strain into a martini
glass. Add half-and-half.
Mango Mojito

What You Need:
8 to 12 mint leaves
2 slices fresh mango
Dash of simple syrup*
Squeeze of fresh lime
1 1/4 oz. silver rum
Dash of mango liqueur
Mint sprig and mango slice, for
garnish

How to Make It:
Muddle mint and mango with
simple syrup in a shaker.
Add ice, squeeze of lime, and rum.
Shake and strain into a highball or
specialty tall glass. Add mango
liqueur. Garnish with mint sprig and
mango slice. *Dissolve 2 cups
sugar into 1 cup boiling water. Cool
Pomegranate Martini

What You Need:
2 oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. orange liqueur (Cointreau)
1 oz. pomegranate juice
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup*
1 tsp. pomegranate seeds
(optional), for garnish 1 slice
orange (optional), for garnish

How to Make It:
Shake all ingredients except
garnishes with ice, then strain into a
chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds
or slice of orange.
*Dissolve 2 cups sugar into 1 cup
boiling water. Let cool.

What You Need:
Lemon wedge
Sugar for rim
2 oz. blueberry vodka
1 oz. Hpnotiq
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup*

How to Make It:
Rub rim of a martini glass with a
piece of lemon.
Dip moistened glass upside down
into a small plate of sugar.
Set aside.
Shake all liquid ingredients with ice.
Gently strain into glass.
*Dissolve 2 cups sugar into 1 cup
boiling water. Let cool. Refrigerate
any leftovers.

Pink cocktail glass rimmer
2 oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. orange-flavored liqueur
3/4 oz. lime juice

How to Make It:
Rub a piece of lime around rim of a
chilled martini glass, then dip
upside down into the pink rimmer.
Set aside. Shake all liquid with ice
and strain into glass.
French Martini

What You Need:
1 oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Chambord
Lime wedge, for garnish


How to Make It:
Shake vodka, pineapple juice, and
Chambord well with ice in a shaker.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
